The next third of the book is…better! The story starts to come together, characters aren’t quite so random, and you begin to get the sense of what is happening.Īnd then the last third of the book is….dark. I HATED the beginning of this book mostly because I had no clue what the hell was going on! A lot of the book is like this but the beginning is especially confusing. It’s like the story just STARTS and the reader is thrown right into it without ANY explanation or background knowledge. It’s super confusing, super hard to follow, and super boring because there is quite literally nothing explained.
